Ingredients

3-4 cups ripe fruit

8-10 cups of water

4-6 bags of black, white or green tea, or cinnamon sticks ice

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.

2. Process produce as directed.

3. In a large pot, pour water, add half the fruit, and cinnamon sticks if making cinnamon tea.

4. Over high heat bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and add tea bags, if using any. DON’T boil tea, as it becomes bitter if you do. Let tea bags seep for 15-20 minutes.

6. Remove tea bags and fruit pieces with a spoon or strainer. Discard.

7. In a pitcher, pour infused tea, remaining fresh fruit and ice. Enjoy!

8. Can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
