1 large ripe pineapple
¼ cup vegetable oil
1.Wash hands well with soap and warm water.
2.Cut pineapple into 10 wedges.
3.Preheat grill to medium.
4.Brush pineapple with a small amount of vegetable oil.
5.Place pineapple wedges on grill, cook for 5-8 minutes. Flip wedges and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes (until slightly charred).
6.Serve warm and enjoy!
