4 to 5 cups of fruit (your choice)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
¼ cup of fruit juice (your choice)
Generous squeezes of lime or lemon juice (optional)
1.Wash hands with soap and water. Wash produce well.
2.Cut fruit into chunks.
3.Mix in chia seeds and fruit juice.
4.Let sit 45 minutes as chia seeds gel.
5.Serve chilled. Enjoy!
