INGREDIENTS:
1/2 head of broccoli
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
EQUIPMENT:
Cereal bowl
Measuring spoons
Glass plate
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash vegetables well.
- Break off broccoli florets and place in a cereal bowl.
- Add water and top with cheese.
- Flip glass plate over and place over top of bowl.
- Microwave for 3 minutes.
- Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Remove plate.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
Mix It Up!
- Try fresh cauliflower or frozen mixed vegetables.
- Top with shredded parmesan, provolone or mozzarella cheese.
- Add hot sauce for a spicy kick!
