1 (15-ounce) can no-salt added garbanzos beans, rinsed and drained
½ apple, cored and chopped
¼ cup celery, finely chopped ¼ cup toasted sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons dill relish
2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ground black pepper, to taste
1.Wash hands well with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.
2.Pulse the garbanzo beans in the bowl of a food processor until coarsely chopped.
3.Transfer to a medium bowl and add apple, celery, sunflower seeds, relish, red onion, dill, and lemon juice.
4.Stir until well combined.
5.Season with pepper, to taste.
6.Chill until ready to serve.
