Winter Soup Hands-On Cooking Class (13 JAN 2024)

Whether you just need to warm up on a cold day, or prepare something special for a sick family member, a nutritious and delicious vegetable-based soup is a great addition to your cooking repertoire.

On the Menu*:

• Sopa de Ombligo (Pinto Bean Soup with Masa Dumplings)
• Lentil Soup with Winter Greens
• Flat Bread

*Menu items are subject to change based on season/availability.

Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Instructor: Carlyn Arteaga

Class fee of $55.00 per participant includes lunch of all dishes made.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

All proceeds from these classes go towards our free programming, empowering Pima County residents to build community wellness and make healthier choices through food, fitness, and gardening education.

Cancellation policy: Refunds are available up to 2 weeks before the class. Note the refund will not include the Eventbrite processing fee.
