2 ½ cups tomatoes (3 large plum tomatoes or 2 large beef steak tomatoes), chopped
½ cup fresh soft stemmed herbs (ex. parsley, mint, basil, cilantro or a mix of many), chopped
1 tablespoon fresh woody stemmed herbs (ex. rosemary, thyme, savory, oregano or a mix of many), finely chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette (see recipe)
salt and pepper, to taste

1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce thoroughly and chop as directed.

2. Mix all ingredients, except salt and pepper. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

3. Serve immediately or let stand one hour for flavors to develop.
