16 tomatillos, husked and roughly chopped
1-2 small serrano chiles, seeded
1 large white onion
2-3 fresh garlic cloves
salt and pepper, to taste

Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.

Roughly chop tomatillos, chiles, onion, and garlic.

Combine in a blender with 3 tablespoons of water and blend until smooth.

In a medium skillet over medium heat, add salsa and cook 10-15 minutes until mixture reduces by half. Serve warm.
