
Ingredients
1½ plantains, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
12 small corn tortillas
2 cups chimole sauce (see our recipe!)

Wash hands with warm soapy water. Wash produce thoroughly.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté plantains until slightly browned.

Warm tortillas in a comal or microwave.

Put a couple of plantain slices on tortilla and pour 1-2 tablespoons chimole over them. Serve warm and enjoy!
