 ¾ cup Greek or low-fat plain yogurt
 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey* (optional)
 ½ cup frozen or fresh fruit
 2 tablespoons nuts (walnuts, almonds, or other)
 sprinkle of ground cinnamon

1.Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash fresh fruit (if using).

2.In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and maple syrup or honey (if us-ing).

3.Top with ½ cup of frozen or fresh fruit and 2 tablespoons of nuts. (For best results allow frozen fruit to thaw for 10 minutes, to soften.)

4.Dust the top with ground cinnamon and serve.

*Honey should not be fed to infants less than one year of age.
