
1¾ cup water
¼ cup dried milk
1 cup fresh or frozen papaya, cubed
1 banana, halved
1 cup fresh or frozen tropical fruit, cubed
2 cups ice (1 cup ice if using frozen fruit)

1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well and chop as directed.

2. In a medium sized bowl, combine water and dried milk. Whisk until smooth.

3. In a blender, add dried milk mixture, papaya, banana, tropical fruit, and ice. Amount of ice can be varied to achieve desired consistency.

4. On a medium speed, blend in 30 second intervals until smooth.

5. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
