 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and cubed (any variety works great)
 ¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt
 6 ice cubes
 ¼ cup of orange juice

1.Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well and chop as directed.

2.Blend all ingredients until smooth.

3.Serve immediately and enjoy!

Try this:
•Add ½ banana
•Use vanilla yogurt instead of plain
•Use milk instead of orange juice, or no liquid at all.
•Freeze fruit that is becoming too ripe—cut fruit into chunks and place them on a tray (make sure there is space between each piece -put wax paper on the tray if possible) and put them in the freezer for a few hours. Once frozen, they won’t stick together and can be stored in a freezer bag.
