1.Wash hands well with soap and warm water.
2.In a large drink pitcher, combine juice and seltzer water. Mix thoroughly.
3.Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for one to two days. If stored longer, the drink will become flat as the carbonation wears off.

* Seltzer water is just carbonated water. There’s no added sugar or salt like in tonic water and club soda. Be sure to read the ingredients list to make sure that you’re buying carbonated water.
