½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
¼ cup cilantro, chopped and packed
juice from ½ a lime, about 1½ teaspoons lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste

1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash herbs and produce well and chop as directed.

2. Place all ingredients into a small bowl and stir until smooth.

3. Serve cold on sandwiches, wraps or hamburgers. Keep for up to one week in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
