 ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
 1 tablespoon of sauce from chipotle chili peppers in adobo
 1 teaspoon lime juice
 ½ teaspoon honey*
 Pinch of salt

1.Wash hands with soap and warm water.

2.Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth.

3.Taste and add more lime, chipotle, or honey if needed.

4.Serve cold on sandwiches, wraps, or hamburgers. Keep for up to one week in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Note: For a stronger flavor, place 1-2 of the chipotle chiles in a blender with recipe ingredients and blend until smooth.
*Honey should not be fed to infants less than one year of age.
