 1 cup frozen berries
 1 cup skim milk
 ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
 1 cup fresh kale, washed and chopped

1.Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash kale well and chop as directed. Pat or spin the kale dry.

2.Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

•Calcium fortified milk substitutes: soy or almond milk
