Mini Sammies
INGREDIENTS:
1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
4 whole wheat crackers
4 teaspoons Neufchatel or low-fat cream cheese
Black pepper, to taste
EQUIPMENT:
Cutting board and knife
Plate
Butter knife
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash vegetables well.
- Cut vegetables as directed.
- Spread cheese evenly onto each cracker. Top with one slice of tomato and cucumber.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
