1.Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well and seed and peel as directed.
2.Cut cantaloupe into ¾ to 1-inch cubes and place in large bowl. Do the same with the honeydew and the watermelon.
3.Add lime juice, mint, ginger, lime peel, and salt; toss to blend.
4.Mix in honey.
5.Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir well before serving. Enjoy!
* Honey should not be fed to infants less than one year old, substitute honey with agave, maple syrup, or sugar
