 2-3 cups ripe fruit of your choice, chopped or sliced
 Water
 Ice

Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.

Process produce as directed.

Put fruit in a pitcher or beverage dispenser.

Add water and ice and let sit for at least a couple of hours. The longer you allow the fruit to infuse the water, the stronger the flavor will be.

Drink throughout the day to keep hydrated.

Can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Note: You can keep adding water and ice to pitcher, but the flavor will be a little less intense each time.
