 1½ cups raw cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour and drained
 ¼ cup cocoa powder
 1 cup dried figs, stems removed
 2 tablespoons sweetener (agave syrup, *honey, or maple syrup)
 ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
 ⅔ cup dried cherries

1.Wash hands with soap and warm water.

2.Combine cashews and cocoa powder in food processor until crumbly and well mixed.

3.Add figs to food processor. Blend until evenly mixed.

4.Add desired sweetener and vanilla extract; blend well.

5.Fold in cherries using a spoon or your hands.6.Roll mixture into golf ball sized chunks. You should have about 15-20.

7.Refrigerate until firm.

*Honey should not be fed to infants less than one year of age
