 5 cups berries (2 cups strawberries & 2 cups blueberries, 1 cup raspberries)
 2 packets unflavored gelatin (1/2 teaspoon makes for every 1/2 cup of liquid)
 1/3 cup cold water
 2 cups orange or apple juice

1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.

2. Cut berries into thirds and leave other berries whole as needed. Rest berries on paper towl and cover with double layers of paper towel. If paper gets wet, change it.

3. Sprinkle gelatin over water in large bowl to soften.

4. Bring juice to a boil in medium pan. Pour in a portion of juice over gelatin and stir gently to dissolve. Stir in remainder of juice. Put gelatin mixture in refrigerator and sit for about two hours, stir occasionally.

5. When gelatin reaches consistency of egg whites, rinse 9x5 loaf pan with cold water and shake out extra water.

6. Gently stir berries into gelatin in pan. Shake pan to settle gelatin.

7. Chill for a minimum of four hours, or overnight.

8. When ready to serve, dip pan into a bowl of hot water and turn knife around edges to unmold. Enjoy!
