Wear your pedometers at school during recess and try to get as many steps as possible! Wear your pedometer all day at school and see how many steps you log in a whole day.

Grab a pedometer and go for a walk with a friend or family member and log your steps after the walk. Remember your dog counts as family too!

Jump rope for 5 or more minutes. Check your pedometers after you finish jumping. Repeat the activity and try to complete more steps the second time.
