16 tomatillos, husked and roughly chopped
1-2 small serrano chiles, seeded
1 large white onion
2-3 fresh garlic cloves
salt and pepper, to taste
1.Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.
2.Roughly chop tomatillos, chiles, onion, and garlic.

5.In a medium skillet over medium heat, add salsa and cook 10-15 minutes until mixture reduces by half. Serve warm.
Garnish with cilantro leaves for added flavor!
