1½ plantains, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
12 small corn tortillas
2 cups Chimole sauce
1.Wash hands with warm soapy water. Wash produce thoroughly.
2.Heat oil in a pan and sautee plantains until slightly browned.
3.Warm tortillas in a comal or microwave.
4.Put a couple of plantain slices on tortilla and pour 1-2 tablespoons Chimole over them. Serve warm and enjoy!
