
Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.
Place all ingredients into a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the tomatillos are soft, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Pour cooled mixture into a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 1 week.
