Sweet & Spicy Mango Pineapple Chutney

 Ingredients:
 3 large mangoes, diced
 1 small pineapple, cored and diced
 ¼ cup water
 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
 2 tablespoons sugar
 1 tablespoon Asian chili sauce
 ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
 ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
 ½ teaspoon garam masala
 1 cup golden or regular raisins

1.Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.

2.Cut produce as directed. Set aside in a medium bowl. 3.In a large bowl, whisk together water, apple cider vinegar, sugar, chili sauce, and spices.

4.Add chopped fruit and raisins to spice mixture and toss to coat thoroughly.

5.Serve chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
