
Wash hands well with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.
Pulse the garbanzo beans in the bowl of a food processor until coarsely chopped.
Transfer to a medium bowl and add apple, celery, sunflower seeds, relish, red onion, dill, and lemon juice.
Stir until well combined.
Season with pepper, to taste.
Chill until ready to serve.
