
Wash hands well with soap and warm water. Wash produce thoroughly and chop as directed.
Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat.
Stir in potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
When potatoes are tender and browned, stir in kale and cook for an additional 5 minutes until tender and bright green.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for about 1 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve warm or at room temperature.
