Sautéed Apples and Onions

 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
 1 medium onion (about ½ pound), thinly sliced
 1-3 large apples (about 1 pound), thinly sliced
 salt and pepper, to taste
 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.

Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet.

Stir in onions and apples and cook over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes until soft and browned on edges.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
