
Wash hands well with soap and warm water.
Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until warm.
Pour popcorn and oil into pot. Stir popcorn constantly with wooden spoon until the first kernel pops.
Cover pot with a metal colander or vented lid. Shake constantly while popcorn pops.
When popcorn slows to 3 seconds between each pop, remove from heat.
Pour popcorn immediately into a large bowl to prevent kernels from burning.
Toss with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, or other toppings to taste.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Put the popcorn kernels in a brown paper bag, fold over the open edge and place in microwave. (Caution: Don’t add the oil until after the popcorn is cooked!)
Microwave until the popcorn slows to 3 seconds between each pop, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from microwave.
Add oil, salt and pepper to the bag and enjoy! (Note: This method makes one serving of popcorn, about three cups.)
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
