
1.Wash hands well with soap and warm water
2.Whisk together Teff, water, butter, spices and dried fruit in a large saucepan over high heat.
3.Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
4.Continue cooking, whisking often to prevent lumps from forming, about 15 minutes.
5.Stir in salt, honey, and walnuts.
6.Serve immediately. Enjoy!
