 4 cups Greek yogurt, fat-free or 2%
 1 tablespoon coarse salt
 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

1.Wash hands with soap and warm water.

2.Place a colander over a large bowl and line with a clean lint-free towel or a few layers of cheesecloth. 3.Pour in yogurt.

4.Sprinkle the top of the yogurt with salt and herbs.

5.Stir together the yogurt with the salt and herbs.

6.Tie top of cheesecloth together tightly and cover bowl with plastic wrap.

7.Place in refrigerator for at least 24-48 hours.

8.Unwrap bowl and untie cloth.

9.Scoop out cheese and serve with crackers or vegetables.
