1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.
2. Cut strawberries into thirds and leave other berries whole. Set aside.
3. Sprinkle gelatin over water in large bowl to soften.
4. Bring milk to a boil in medium pan, then stir in honey to dissolve.
5. Pour some milk over gelatin and stir gently to dissolve. Stir in remainder of milk. Put gelatin mixture in refrigerator and let sit for about two hours, stir occasionally.
6. When gelatin reaches consistency of egg whites, rinse 9x5 loaf pan with cold water and shake out extra water.
7. Gently stir berries into gelatin in pan. Shake pan to settle gelatin.
8. Chill for a minimum of four hours, or overnight.
