Apricot Pecan Bars

 3 cups (1 pound) dried apricots, roughly chopped
 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
 1 cup pecan pieces, toasted
 1/2 cup seasame seeds, toasted

1. Wash hands with soap and warm water.

2. In a food processor, pulse apricot, nutmeg and vanilla until well blended.

3. Add pecans and sesame seeds. Pulse until combined.

4. Press into a well-oiled 8x8 pan, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

5. Cut into bars to serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to one month.
