 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat
 ½ cup peanut, almond or sunflower butter
 2 tablespoons honey*
 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
 4 medium apples, cored and sliced
 12 whole wheat tortillas or naan

Wash hands well with soap and warm water. Wash fruit well and cut as directed.

In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, nut or sunflower butter, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.

On a plate, cut apple into medium size slices. Leave skin on apples.

Build roll-ups by placing a heaping spoonful (about 2 tablespoons) of the peanut butter spread and a few slices of apple in the center of each whole wheat tortilla.

Roll it up like a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Serve immediately.
