Italian Cuisine Hands-On Cooking Class (16 NOV 2024)

Tired of your usual spaghetti dinner, but still crave hearty Italian food? This class is great for mixing in some traditional Italian dishes to add depth to your understanding of this classic cuisine. Learn how to balance flavors that feel indulgent with ingredients that are healthful!

Sample Menu:*

  • Creamy Polenta with Mascarpone and Parmesan Cheese
  • Sunflower Parmesan Pesto
  • Sicilian Style Stewed White Fish with Capers and Olives
  • Tomato and Fresh Herb Salad

*This is a sample menu based on the menu of a previous class. The menu is subject to change based on what is in season/available and the instructor’s preference. We will update here when the menu has been finalized.

Class fee of $60.00 per participant includes lunch of all dishes made.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

All proceeds from these classes go towards our free programming, empowering Pima County residents to build community wellness and make healthier choices through food, fitness, and gardening education.

Cancellation policy: Refunds are available up to 2 weeks before the class. Note the refund may not include the Eventbrite processing fee.
