1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1 medium onion (about ½ pound), thinly sliced
1-3 large apples (about 1 pound), thinly sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1.Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.
2.Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet.
3.Stir in onions and apples and cook over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes until soft and browned on edges.
4.Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
5.Serve warm. Enjoy!
