Starting a Winter Garden
Winter is one of the best times to garden here in the Tucson area. You can grow so many more vegetables during the fall/winter here than you can during the summer months. September and October are a great time to start planting in this area because the heat of the summer is passing and the soil is still warm and moist from the monsoon season.
