Tap into your culinary curiosity and creativity as you learn how to make the classic mother sauces. Sauces will open up a whole new world of culinary delights! Join us for this class to demystify the classics and modern world of sauce making. Students will work in teams of 3 or 4 to cook a variety of sauces and foods with the assistance of class leaders. Class size is limited to 15 participants. The class is 3 hours from 10 am to 1 pm and includes a light lunch. Cost: $55.00 per person. All proceeds go to supporting free programming for low income audience at The Garden Kitchen. If the class is booked to capacity, you can place yourself on the Wait List and will be contacted if there is a cancellation. Classes are subject to cancellation due to no or low enrollment.
