The Garden Kitchen presents an interactive Italy without pasta cooking class

Create, Taste, Enjoy

The class will combine hands–on learning with demonstrations by

Chef Tom Kresler

Chef Tom has 15 years of experience and received extensive culinary training in Italy.

Hands-on Menu:

Sicilian orange and fennel salad

Polenta with mushrooms ragu

Sicilian stewed fish with tomatoes and capers

Asparagus with egg vinaigrette

 

Saturday, January 27th, from 10 am to 1 pm

 Class fee is $ 55.00 includes lunch of dishes made. For inquiries and more
